Dr. Tom Boldrey will chair a consultants' forum for graduate students from Eastern Illinois University and ASTD - Central Illinois Chapter members in Champaign.  During "Lessons Learned: Challenges and Successes of Internal and External Consultants," we will discuss how to select and manage a consultant, when is it better to use an internal consultant vs and external, and other questions posed by participants.     

 

 

Guy Snyder will facilitate a half-day program on the down-and-dirty of webinars. He will share his expertise; compare and contrast webinars vs face-to-face training; discuss how to build a business case for webinars, to select a technical provider, and to set up and market a webinar. There will be time at the end for Q&A to be sure participants have their questions answered.
