The topic is Learning Management Systems:

Are you drowning in sign-off forms, assessments, feedback and rosters? Do you have nightmares trying to figure out who in your company still needs to be trained on particular modules? The process of managing training becomes more difficult as companies grow and training becomes more formalized. Many companies turn to Learning Management Systems to track learning, certifications and participation, to organize and distribute e-learning, and to track employees’ progress. Please join us for a discussion of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Be ready to share your experiences with any systems you have tried and to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of an LMS.
