We are the premier workplace learning and performance organization that Eastern PA businesses and training professionals utilize to deliver exceptional business results and improve organizational excellence.
Our Mission
To provide expertise, solutions and opportunities that advance workplace learning, performance and change efforts in Eastern PA. We achieve this mission through:

Scheduled programs, yearly conferences, and Special Interest Groups (SIG’s) that enable Workplace Learning & Performance (WLP) Practioners to expand their knowledge and develop practical skills
