Our Mission

To provide expertise, solutions and opportunities that advance workplace learning, performance and change efforts in Eastern PA. We achieve this mission through:

Scheduled programs, yearly conferences, and Special Interest Groups (SIG’s) that enable Workplace Learning & Performance (WLP) Practioners to expand their knowledge and develop practical skills
Networking among peers
Access to information on career opportunities in the WLP field
Information on trends, methods, issues and emerging technologies
