Refresher Training -

Today's SIG was another successful event! We had several new members join us for the first time, and, as usual, the discussion could have continued long after our time was up.

Some key points I took away from the discussion:

Often it's necessary to prove the need/value for a refresher training. Whenever possible, if it is tied to metrics and assessments it is more likely to be approved.

Refresher training can happen in the classroom and also outside the classroom, such as the email tips shared by Rick.

Thank you, everybody, for all the valuable input. I am taking some of this back and using ideas as I build the workbook and workshop, and also additional feedback for the client when I deliver. Have a great Thanksgiving.
