Richmond ASTD strives to be the number one source for career development and networking for learning and human performance improvement professionals in Central Virginia. We are also committed to advancing the profession and the capabilities of all professionals in our field to ensure that HRD is an essential and effective partner in developing and executing organizational strategy.
