John Lack works as a Learning Consultant specializing in instructional design and facilitation. He has been in the Training and Development field for 20 plus years and volunteers his time to help improve and grow our training and performance organization. As a board member he hopes to improve our products and services for the betterment of all our members.

Kate Chenault works as a Training & Development Spec. for ChemTreat and has been in the Training and Development field for 10 plus years. She volunteered her time to develop and grow professionally in a safe environment. She hopes to increase the level of recognition & involvement in the Greater Richmond community by enhancing volunteerism in the chapter.

J.R. Noble works as a Training & Development Coordinator, Sr. at Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Board and has been in the Training and Development field 5 plus years. He volunteered to learn some new skills while also contributing something back to the chapter. His goals include seeing RASTD's website become more dynamic and easier to navigate. He also hopes to upgrade the communications our members' receive.

Judy Nicholson works as a Senior Learning Consultant at LandAmerica. She develops e-learning courses and has been in the Training and Development field for almost 5 years. As a volunteer, she uses her talents to grow and expand the RASTD membership by offering social events, new member luncheons and leading a Fall Membership Campaign.
