Leading Rapid Performance Improvement: A Two-Minute Approach to HR Change

Join Clinton Longenecker as he leads an interactive discussion that explores how HR Leaders approach the process of change and guides you through a systematic analysis of how to accelerate real and rapid performance improvement.

In this dynamic session we will compare the similarities between rapid performance improvement and a Two-Minute Drill in American football with immediate take-aways to the workplace.

About the Presenter:

Clinton Oliver Longenecker is an award winning educator, one of "America's leaders in the area of rapid performance improvement" and is the Stranahan Professor of Leadership and Organizational Excellence in the College of Business Administration at the University of Toledo. His teaching, research and consulting interests are in leadership and organizational development and all facets of performance improvement. He has been the recipient of twenty (20) outstanding teaching, service and research awards during his academic career and several industry awards including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, The Jefferson Award for Outstanding Public Service, and Outstanding University Research Award and has also received numerous "Best Professor" recognitions.
