Stephanie O’Callaghan is a Training Specialist with OMNI BANK and has been in the training field for over 8 years. Kristin Callahan is the Director of Training and Staff Development with Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans.  Kristin has 11 years of professional development and training experience in both the private and not-for-profit sectors.  Her training experiences include leadership, management development, customer service, and presentation skills.  Kristin received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Education from the University of New Orleans.  She is a National Certified Counselor and a recent graduate of the Metropolitan Leadership Forum.

Since 1977, Jane has worked facilitating behavioral change and guiding people through transitions on the pre-school through the professional levels. Her background is that of an educator not a therapist. Therefore, her programs are geared to prevention of adverse reactions to problems rather than therapeutic techniques after severe problems occur. In addition, Jane provides companies with the employee and company analyses (Extended DISC) and framework (H.E.A.R.T.) most commonly used at the beginning of strategic planning sessions and/or retreats in conjunction with Dr. Neil G. Soslow. As a facilitator, her role is to lead people from the status quo to what could be.
