Since 1977, Jane has worked facilitating behavioral change and guiding people through transitions on the pre-school through the professional levels. Her background is that of an educator not a therapist. Therefore, her programs are geared to prevention of adverse reactions to problems rather than therapeutic techniques after severe problems occur. In addition, Jane provides companies with the employee and company analyses (Extended DISC) and framework (H.E.A.R.T.) most commonly used at the beginning of strategic planning sessions and/or retreats in conjunction with Dr. Neil G.
