This is a highly visible position within the Company, critical to the advancement and growth of Lavelle within our market segments.  Close relationships need to be established at a corporate level with Operations in building quality systems to cascade to the satellite facilities, Sales in building an effective customer interface and with Product Development to improve product launches.

This position has a significant impact on every department in each of three locations.  The incumbent can directly and indirectly influence the entire workforce.  The impact can be measured through employee understanding of Company values, mission and objectives as well as driving key performance indicators and results in Kaizen sustainability, 5S, and improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.  Lean training is ongoing within the facility and has designated leadership within the facilities
