Today’s workforce spans four generations: Traditionalists, Boomers, Gen’Xers, and Millennials. When you take a look at each generation side by side one can easily see how and why each generation has different values, communication styles, and work styles.

 

Keeping these differences in mind it is clear that there is no one-size-fits-all in training today’s workforce. It is no surprise that training a Millennial can be dramatically different than training a Boomer.
