How to Join:

If you are new to the ASTD-South Central Wisconsin Chapter or have not been a member for over 3 months and you are interested in joining, the fee is $80 for local ASTD membership.

  1. Complete the application. You will need to print the document and then return the form to the address provided on the form (or below).
  2. If you want to pay by check, send your check made payable to ASTD-SCWC, along with your application to:

  3. If you would like to pay via credit card
    a. Please fill out the application and return it to the address provided on the application.
    b. Click on the PayPal link below to complete credit card information:

How to Renew Your Membership:

If you are interested in renewing your membership, the discounted annual renewal fee is $60 for local ASTD membership.
(Note: To renew you must have been an active local member within 3 months of your chapter membership expiration.)

  1. Complete the application. You will need to print the document and then return the form to the address provided on the form (or below).
  2. To renew with a check, please make checks payable to ASTD-SCWC.

Students: How to Join

If you are a student and would like to join the ASTD-South Central Wisconsin Chapter,
the fee is $25 for a local ASTD membership.

  1. Complete the application. You will need to print the document and then return the form to the address provided on the form (or below).

How to Reinstate:

Rejoin the ASTD-South Central Wisconsin Chapter for $80.
