Annual Event: Training in the 21st Century
ASTD's South Central Wisconsin Chapter is pleased to announce its annual learning summit which will focus on the most salient issues facing the broader learning community. The centerpiece of our workshop will focus on the evolution of training evaluation and how the field is adapting to meet the challenges placed on it to prove its return on investment. Donald Kirkpatrick, author of the Four Levels of Evaluation, will be our morning keynote speaker. His recently published book Kirkpatrick Then and Now details how the levels of evaluation have taken hold in the training field and progressed to the point of essential training literacy today. As the founder of our Chapter, we might also hear a few good stories about how things have changed!
