Dear Southern Tier ASTD Chapter Members,

In order to provide the best value for our current and future Chapter Members the Southern Tier Chapter Board has voted to consolidate our Chapter with the Central New York Chapter based in Syracuse, New York.  This decision comes after much consultation with both our National ASTD Advisor and the Central New York Chapter.
