The Upper Peninsula Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development is committed to the development of individuals and organizations enhancing workplace learning and performance throughout our region.

Our membership meetings are informative and fun with many opportunities for networking and professional development.

Our board partners with the Northern Michigan University Masters in Training, Development and Organizational Performance in order to build capacity for the students and our members.

Professional development at meetings is also provided by our members and outside trainers throughout the year.

Additionally we annually partner with the Superiorland Chapter of Human Resource Professionals and the Upper Peninsula Human Resources Association to plan and present the Annual Fall Forum, an opportunity for members of all three organizations to learn and grow
