The Valleys of Virginia Chapter of ASTD was recently presented with the ASTD "Excellence in Membership Growth" Chapter Excellence Award. The award recognizes the Valleys of Virginia Chapter for demonstrating the highest overall growth rate of joint chapter and national members among small chapters in 2008.
