 Mentoring

Chapter Mentor Program: Postponed to January
Why Become a Mentor or Protégé?
Protégés get to
  • Identify goals they want to achieve in the mentor/peer relationship
  • Shares progress and accomplishments
  • Learn from Mentor’s/Peer’s successes and challenges
Mentors get to:
  • Help identify and clarify clear goals to achieve in the mentor/peer relationship
  • Share progress and accomplishments
  • Learn from Protégés/Peer’s successes and challenges
Lastly: it is just plain fun to share with other chapter members!

So what if you aren’t really new and aren’t really a veteran trainer? Then your match up might be a peer to peer mentorship—sharing ideas, techniques and future goals with another chapter member, who may have ideas to help you achieve your future dreams.
