Toby is a seasoned Training and Organization Performance Improvement professional with over 25 years of experience leading Quality Work teams and Learning and Development initiatives within Fortune 100 companies.

 

Toby’s successful business career includes recognition for excellence in the areas of Sales, Performance Improvement, Total Quality, Project Management, Process Implementation and Change Management initiatives. Her business background includes Sales Training, Organization Development, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Healthcare, and Customer Service. Most recently, she has expanded her expertise to the areas of Facilitating, Coaching and Mentoring as part of her commitment to developing human potential.

 

Toby Dresner earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees with honors from the State University at Brockport, NY. She is also certified in Human Resource Development through ASTD and a Certified Facilitator with the Total Quality Institute.
