In this leadership role, you will report to the Vice President, Human Resources and will be given the opportunity to define the strategy and lead the corporation-wide implementation of learning and development solutions for over 14,000 employees across the country.
CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) certification and/or other learning and development certifications preferred. PHR or SPHR designation is a plus.
