OUR CHAPTER
The West Texas Chapter of ASTD has been serving the West Texas Learning & Development community since 1997. Our membership consists of professionals with extensive experience in training & development and human resources - as well as those who are new to the learning & development profession.

OUR MISSION
The West Texas Chapter of ASTD strives to be a forum of training and development professionals sharing personal competencies to continually improve workplace skills.

OUR VISION
Our ASTD Chapter will be known as the leader in developing a high quality workforce for West Texas.

OUR PROGRAMS
The Program committee strives to deliver programs on a wide variety of topics that are relevant to the needs of our diverse membership. Although the majority of our programs are offered in a luncheon/extended luncheon format, 1/2 day or full day seminars and an evening program are scheduled annually. Many of our presenters represent the West Texas Learning & Development community.
