ASTD is the world's largest professional association for human resource development professionals who design and implement training, workplace learning, change management, and human performance technologies.

As the national representative of a $210 billion training and development industry, ASTD is in the forefront of research efforts on workplace issues. ASTD provides professional development and a support network for those who are in the training and development profession as well as service to the community.
