Training with Industry

TWI, Training Within Industry, is a dynamic program of hands-on learning and practice, teaching essential skills for supervisors, team leaders, and anyone who directs the work of others from all industries and vocations.

Leaders have five basic needs: two are knowledge based and three are skill based. In order to support continuous improvement environment leaders need to establish a cross-trained, cross-functional, problem solving employee base; each skill is represented in the TWI modules.
