Games, activities, and simulations are designed to engage and transform participants, processes, and/or attitudes. This session offers practical experiential tools and techniques that can be used at any time during training, coaching, or facilitation interventions. Participants will explore innovative approaches to openers, closers, and check-in’s. In addition, participants will practice how various tools can be used for specific client goals and outcomes.
