Dear Members of Mid-NJ ASTD Chapter:

As a member of the Mid-New Jersey Chapter of ASTD you will be able to vote for your officers for 2010 and 2011 at the December 3 meeting.  Following the By-laws of the Chapter, the Nominating Committee, with the approval of the Board of Directors,  is proposing a slate of qualified candidates. The term for President is one year, and the terms for Vice Presidents is two years. These are all volunteer positions, and you are welcome to contact anyone on the Nominating Committee if you wish to nominate someone else for any position. Many opportunities exist for chapter members to contribute their time and talents to our profession through ASTD on the local level.  Consider joining a committee or helping out at a special event, and you will find many rewards.   These candidates have achieved the honor of nomination through years of generous service combined with extraordinary leadership. 

The slate of officers recommended by the Board of Directors:

• VP Programs: Ronni Rubenstein
• VP Membership: Linda Solk
• VP Operations: Open

 The election will be held at the December 3 evening Chapter meeting at the Courtyard by Marriott, Route 1 South, Princeton.
